although some jeepeneys in bacolod do this just for emergency reasons, they sometimes get passengers along the way thru some residential areas, luckily there were no authorities around this area, being caught out of route will get you a fine of somewhere between 2000 to 3000 pesos plus confiscation of your driver's license.
